The issue has been resolved. All messages and webhooks were queued during the incident, and are now being sent out and processed slowly. Sending for new messages and webhooks are back to normal. Thank you for your patience!

Starting around 8:00PM ET outbound sending and webhooks became delayed. However, sending and webhooks have resumed around 8:34PM ET. Messages were successfully queued during that time and are now being sent out. We'll continue to monitor and update once fully resolved.
