API performance has returned to expected performance levels.
We have implemented a fix correcting the API instance endpoints related to data retrieval with degraded performance. The API is now performing as expected and the affected endpoints did not impact the sending or receiving of email. Thank you for patience.
We are experiencing latency on some API instance endpoints related to retrieving message data. Sending and receiving has not been affected. More information will be provided as engineers continue to identify and remedy the issue.
