Scheduled maintenance: search and data upgrade
The maintenance is now complete. That took a lot longer than expected... we are going to schedule another maintenance window starting tomorrow, November 4th at 3PM Eastern.

Tonight, Nov 3, starting at 3:00 PM EST (20:00 UTC), we’re upgrading the system that powers activity, stats, and message details. We expect it to take 4 to 10 hours.
What to expect:
- Sending should continue as normal.
- Activity, stats, message details, and webhooks may be slow, delayed, or briefly unavailable.
- You may see a short blip when we switch over to the upgraded system.
You don’t need to do anything. If a webhook or API call fails during this window, retry it a bit later. We’ll post updates here as we go.
