All systems are running smoothly again and all issues from today's incident are now resolved.
All messages are now sending normally again and all queues are clear. We are continuing to monitor the issue causing errors in the app. Thanks so much for your patience today.
Things have stabilized. New messages are being sent right away, while we continue to work through the accumulated queue.
The delays have improved but we're still working on a full resolution here. Also, some accounts may still be seeing some sporadic 500 errors at this time.
We are still working on resolving the sending delays. Also, an issue causing 500 errors in the web app has now been fixed.
