The queue is cleared and messages are processing normally again. Thank you for your patience. We will continue to work on this internally to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Remainder of queue is clearing out now and then we will be all up to date.
Sorry for the extended delays. The volume in queue spiked up again but we have deployed a patch to help get things cleared up. We will continue to update here until the queues are at zero.
Delays are starting to clear up. We are working through a backlog of queued message but getting them processed as quickly as possible.
We are continuing to work on an issue causing Inbound delays and will post another update shortly.
We are currently investigating an issue with Inbound processing and some Inbound messages are delayed.
