The delays with webhooks are now resolved and all webhooks are completely caught up. We appreciate your patience!
We have identified a root cause with webhook delays. We are working through a backlog of queued message but getting them processed as quickly as possible.
We're currently investigating delays with webhooks. Outbound delivery and inbound processing are not impacted.
