Service issue: We're investigating an issue causing some Outbound messages to be sent with no content / body

All affected messages have now been resent.

After 1 hour and 41 minutes

We're almost through collecting and queueing affected message and will be resending them out as quickly as we can.

After 41 minutes

We've identified the problem and deployed a fix to resolve the issue. All newly sent messages are processing with content as expected. We will resend all affected messages shortly.

After 20 minutes

A fix was deployed for this at 2:46pm. Affected messages will be resent with the correct content shortly.


We're working on this as a top priority and will be deploying a fix shortly.
