The issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. Previously delayed messages are now sending. We will continue to monitor until the backlog has fully cleared.
We have identified the source of the delays impacting outbound SMTP sending for customers on our EU infrastructure. Our engineering team is working on a fix. Messages are safely queued and no data has been lost. We will continue to provide updates as we make progress. We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.
Some customers sending from the European Union are experiencing delays in outbound SMTP message delivery. Affected messages may appear in a "Processing" state. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update shortly.
