Service issue: Link tracking activity events and Click tracking Webhooks are unavailable. Sending and delivery are not affected.
The issue with Link Tracking events not being saved in the message events and Click Tracking webhooks not firing has been resolved. Link tracking data during this time will not show in the UI and will not be available. We have deployed a permanent fix and improved internal alerting so that this does not happen again in the future.
We were alerted to an issue with Link Tracking events not being saved in message events and as a result, Click Tracking webhooks are not firing.
